How often do you provide results measurements for campaign or retained activity?

We believe in keeping you in the loop – whether it’s a big milestone or just a regular pulse check. For campaigns, we typically provide updates at key stages, such as halfway points and end-of-campaign reports, with additional updates if the plan evolves. For retained activity, reporting is usually monthly, but we’re also happy to adapt to a rhythm that suits you. What you can expect is a transparent view of your success metrics, no fluff included.

What tools do you use to measure success? If we already use tools, how can you bring these together to create a thorough understanding of performance?

We use a mix of industry-leading tools to deliver clear, actionable insights from Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, BrandWatch and Vuelio to name a few. If you already have tools you love, no problem – we can integrate everything using performance aggregation platforms. This helps unite data streams into one clear dashboard so we can build a full picture of your campaign’s performance. Think of it as your success, centralised.

Do we have to buy brand/marketing measurement tools in-house or can we get access to your tools?

You definitely don’t have to buy the tools yourself; we have access to the tools we’ll need to measure success, we’ll just need to charge a subscription fee for adding you as a client onto the portals. If you already have access to measuring tools, great! We can work with the platforms to get us added as admins. We’ll map out a plan for reporting tools and costs before we start working with you.

Are you results-based or outputs-based?

We’re always results-based. Outputs are nice – they can look impressive on paper – but if they’re not driving real impact, there’s no point. For example, a hundred press releases written or twenty posts published don’t count for much if they aren’t driving reach, engagement, or conversions. Our focus is always on outcomes: measurable results like more traffic, higher sales, stronger sentiment, or improved visibility. We’ll help you set meaningful KPIs, then track performance to make sure our work delivers tangible value for your brand.

What if something isn't working, what do you do?

We’re big believers in being flexible, agile, and honest. If something isn’t working as planned, we don’t wait for the campaign to end to tell you about it – we’ll flag it early, discuss why it’s off-track, and adjust course. Using tools like Funnel.io or Business Manager, we’ll analyse real-time data to pinpoint the issue, whether that’s a creative tweak, a change in targeting, or an underperforming channel. Our approach is data-driven, so decisions are based on insights, not guesses. The goal is simple: adapt quickly to get the results you need.

We have lots of different channels and metrics to report on, can you help us to bring them all together?

Yes! This is a common problem for a lot of organisations; lots of channels, lots of results and no way to streamline the data or tell a story linking the results back to their objectives. We can look at your data and what reports would help demonstrate a clear link between brand, marketing, PR, comms and your objectives. We can help tailor reports for the c-suite and wider stakeholders so you can easily showcase the successes of your team, and we can also look at bringing in a performance aggregation tool to bring your results into one platform.

How can AI help with measurement and reporting?

AI can help to analyse the data, spot trends and predict future patterns based on previous data. Combined with automation, AI is a powerful tool that can take some of the leg work away from your in-house teams. But, as we know generative AI will only take us 70% ish of the way there with its output, it’s the 30% additional work done by us and your teams that will give the results meaning and the ability to tie back into your strategy.
